The City of Shinnston extends its sincere gratitude to Bill Watson for his dedicated service as a City Council member for the past eight years. Mr. Watson has been an invaluable asset to our community, consistently working to improve the lives of our residents.
During his tenure, Mr. Watson played a key role in working to improve the infrastructure of our city and has made a lasting positive impact on Shinnston.
We wish Mr. Watson all the best in his future and thank him for his unwavering dedication to our city.
The acceptance of his resignation as well as filling the seat left by his vacancy will be addressed at the City Council meeting on February 10, 2025.
